Roosevelt Avenue ( Tagalog: Ã, ['ru: sb? lt] ) is the north-south mainline serves the district of San Francisco del Monte (colloquially known as Frisco) in Metro Manila, Philippines. It is located in Quezon City and runs between Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) in the north and Quezon Avenue in the south. It's called in the memory of US president Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
Roads and adjacent areas are also referred to by locals as MuÃÆ' Â ± oz , becoming a popular wet market place, MuÃÆ' Â ± oz Market, located in Roosevelt and EDSA. The market is named after its owner Demetrio MuÃÆ' Â ± oz, a philanthropist, entrepreneur and presidential advisor during the Diosdado Macapagal period from Pampanga province. At the end of Roosevelt on Quezon Avenue is Fisher Mall, the city's newest shopping center. Roosevelt Avenue is also home to an Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation (IBC-13) television broadcaster, soon to be unloaded.
In 2010, a bill was written in Congress by Quezon City District I Representative Vicente Crisologo changed the street name after its predecessor, former Representative Reynaldo Calalay. The bill is still pending with the Senate Committee on Public Works and Highways as of April 2012.

Route description
Roosevelt Avenue is located in the northeast of Manila and operates approximately 2.9 kilometers (1.8 miles) along the north-south axis.
