The Honda Shadow Saber ( VT1100C2 ) refers to a cruiser-type motorcycle, which is part of the Honda Shadow family. It was introduced in 2000 to replace Shadow A.C.E. previous. It was retired after 2007. The name Saber is being used again in the new custom line of Honda VT1300C 2010.
Shadow Saber is, at introduction, hot rods (or in motorcycle jargon, stems ) of the Honda cruiser line. Thus, it has lower gear than the other 1100cc Shadows, for a stronger blow from the line, while retaining the same engine (double pin crank) like the others. Saber, like other Shadow 1100 models, is manufactured at the Marysville Honda Motorcycle Factory in Ohio, for domestic and export markets.
