The Honda CRF150F is an off road motorcycle that was introduced in 2003 as the successor of the Honda XR series. 150F is a middle-class trail motor for beginner riders, teenagers, or adults. It is mainly used for family recreation and off road trails. It has soft suspension, wide seat and high ground clearance.

2003-2005
CRF150F 2003 is styled after Honda's racing bike, with tuned suspension and 156 cc engine (9.5 cuÃ, in). It has a 5 speed manual transmission, O ring chain drive, and Pirelli MT18 tires. The front brake is a 240mm hydraulic disc brake.

2006 redesign
The biggest change for 2006 was to machines. In other years, the 150F engine is a smaller version of 230F. Less power with almost the same or slightly heavier. In 2006, Honda completely reworked the engine with different compression ratio, 9.5: 1, and boring and stroke 57.3 ÃÆ'â € "57.8. The overall weight savings of 149Ã, new cc (9.1Ã, cuÃ, in) are significant with increased power as well. Another change is the new electric start system. The battery is hidden under the left sidepanel out of water or mud. With a new lightweight engine, the 150F 2006 with an extra electric start system now weighs almost the same as the 2005 model.
