Honda Bay (Spanish: Baha Honda , "bay in") is a bay on the east coast of Palawan island near Puerto Princesa City in the southwest of the Philippines.

This bay is used for fishery subsystems and recreational commercial and recreation. Boats can be rented for the day and used for trips to nearby islands, many of which are less than 45 minutes from the beach by boat. Honda Bay is ideal for snorkeling. Starfish is usually found near islands like Starfish Island. Puerto Princesa is the nearest port city, and accessible by plane.

From 1953 to 1976, Palawan Quicksilver Mine near the mine used mine tailings from their ore extraction process to produce a dock at Honda Bay. Sitio Honda Bay Village was established in this tailings mine. Environmental studies show that some villagers and other places near the mine have levels of mercury in their toxic blood.
