Plot

The film opens with recording of Maddy Killian (Caitlin Stasey) from her childhood friend Alexis (Felisha Cooper) as she prepares for the final days of school before summer break and for cheerleading practice. He discusses how important it is to stay in shape and how dangerous the cheerleader is, showing how easy it is for some of the more advanced cheerleaders to end with severe or deadly injuries. This proved to be the case when Alexis was thrown into the air and his teammates failed to catch him in time, which resulted in his death.

After school resumed, Maddy decided that she would try for a cheerleading team and managed to impress the entire team with her acrobatic skills. Upon receipt, Maddy notes that Tracy (Brooke Butler) has started dating Terry (Tom Williamson), a star football player who has been dating Alexis before her death. She started hanging out with other cheerleaders, the very religious and sweet Martha (Reanin Johannink) and her shy sister Hanna (Amanda Grace Cooper), who served as a cheerleading mascot. This provokes Maddy's ex-girlfriend, Leena (Sianoa Smit-McPhee), who does not understand why Maddy wants to hang out with cheerleaders. Unbeknownst to others, Maddy actually joins the cheerleader team to get revenge on Terry for unspecified reasons.

Maddy begins to take revenge by convincing Tracy that Terry has betrayed her during the summer and even managed to seduce her in a group that collects cheerleaders and soccer players. It hurts Leena (who has watched the meeting from afar) and Terry's anger, who started the fight, and forbade the "dog" (football player) from dating "bitches" (cheerleaders).

He then struck Tracy angrily. The cheerleaders all try to escape from the rampaging football players, only for Terry causing an accident that claims the lives of all cheerleaders. Horrified at what he saw, Leena managed to revive all the dead cheerleaders using Wicca magic and the magic stone. The next day, the girls all suffer from disorientation and fear, especially Martha and Hanna, because they also somehow swap bodies.

None of them remembers what happened until Leena revealed to them what happened the night before. They are also very hungry, which encourages them to attack one of Leena's neighbors and suck all his blood. The girls then went to school, where the soccer players all watched them in disbelief, because they thought they were all dead. During the day the cheerleaders take football players one by one, whether from hunger or, in the case of Martha, outraged when she realizes that her sister is sleeping with her boyfriend, Manny (Leigh Parker), uses her body.

While the girls were initially willing to cooperate, their solidarity unraveled due to the death of the day and the discovery of Maddy's video diary that he had joined the troops for revenge. He tries to explain his cruel criticisms to them, but no one will listen to her, especially Tracy, because she's really starting to fall in love with Maddy.

The only people who would listen were Leena and Maddy told him that he had been raped by Terry while trying to film a warning video for Alexis and that until then, he did not want to get revenge. The girls are then taken one by one by Terry, who already knows what happened and manages to defeat them by cutting the magic stones (which are in the bodies of the girls) and swallowing them.

Terry manages to corner Maddy and Leena at the cemetery where he tries to force Leena to show him how to use his magic for his benefit, only to die after Maddy attacks him and Leena's magic somehow manages to force a rock out of him. Maddy dies again as a result of this but Leena manages to revive herself through her own sadness, the same thing that caused the original resurrection. Both hugs and kisses, only to find that bloody Alexis ripped the way out of Terry's corpse (as he landed on his grave) and shouted Leena's name. The film then cuts to the title card, which reveals that the film is part one in the series and there will be a sequel.
